Is the AI customer service integration process complicated?

The AI customer service integration process is straightforward and does not involve any technical or coding work. Customers start by choosing a platform for the AI service, which they manage themselves without providing passwords to Infovation AI. Next, they prepare and submit their business information, such as product information and company's policy, in the specified database format. Infovation AI then uploads this database to our AI language model for configuration. This process ensures a seamless integration of Infovation AI's customer service functions into their accounts, providing an excellent customer service experience.

What is the return policy?

Customers may request cancellation within 30 days of activation. The full knowledge base setup fee will be refunded, but the current month's subscription fee is non-refundable. To cancel, contact our customer service team. Once confirmed, service will end immediately, and no further charges will apply.

Refunds meeting the conditions will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Is Data Safe with Infovation?

Absolutely safe.  Infovation AI employs stringent data encryption and security measures to protect customer data's privacy and integrity. Our services are designed to provide efficient and convenient solutions for enterprises and users while respecting and complying with legal regulations. Our security measures include multi-layered firewalls, data encryption technologies, and regular security audits to ensure data safety during transmission and storage.

What is the accuracy percentage of Infovation AI's responses?

With continuous training and refinement by the Infovation AI team, the AI customer service system is capable of delivering highly accurate responses, potentially reaching 100% accuracy when the questions align with the knowledge base. For inquiries outside of the existing knowledge base, the team can regularly update the knowledge database to enhance overall accuracy and ensure a consistently reliable experience.

Do you have free trial?

Infovation AI offers a one-week trial period. During the trial, the company needs to provide the corresponding data in the required database format, and Infovation will offer free database upload services. Within the trial period, up to 100 entries can be recorded, and there is a daily limit of 100 questions answered.

Can the basic version be upgraded later?

We are pleased to grow alongside your company's business. The basic version can be upgraded to any of the paid versions at any time without any loss of your account data. The upgrade process is simple and quick, taking only three minutes, after which you can immediately enjoy the new features. We are committed to providing you with a flexible and seamless service upgrade experience to meet your growing business needs.

Can the Infovation AI System Completely Replace Human Customer Service?

Although the Infovation AI Customer Service System has many advantages, it cannot completely replace human customer service at this stage. The best strategy is to combine the AI system with human customer service to form a hybrid approach. AI can handle common and repetitive questions and tasks, while complex issues are taken over by human customer services. When AI is unable to provide answers or customers require additional assistance, it can seamlessly switch to human customer service.

Through this integrated approach, enterprises can fully leverage the advantages of the Infovation AI system while ensuring support from human customer service in scenarios requiring personalized and flexible handling.

What Functions Are Covered by Infovation AI's Backend Management?

To ensure the security of customer information records, Infovation AI's basic services do not store customer chat histories and do not provide export functionalities for historical conversations. We are committed to strictly adhering to data protection standards and regulations.
